Amaad Hardy is a political consultant based in Grand Rapids. He focuses on administrative and legislative policy structures, and works closely with a variety of community organizations on issues of civil rights and equity. He has a background in government affairs, and was legislative assistant for the Michigan House of Representatives. His current work is Manager of Policy and Engagement for a local civil rights organization. He joined the board of the West Michigan Cannabis Guild in 2020 with the goal of recognizing and increasing the diversity of voices in the local cannabis industry.
